First, the wait time until I was called back was minimal. Next, sometimes due to scheduling, I’ll see a nurse practitioner. Anytime I’ve passed them by on the way to or from a room they ALWAYS greet me by name. I’ve never felt rushed by the Dr or nurse practitioner and they ask good, relevant questions.
